It’s June already!  Today Foxnews.com features some health tips from Effortless Girl.  Julie Relevant writes about ways to beat MRI or CAT scan anxiety for the site and she used some of my tips learned from many, many scans.   It is a great resource for those getting ready for some sort of imaging scan.  The biggest tip anyone can give you is to try very hard not to freak out (if even on the inside).  Julie’s article is well written and contains really good advice.  The website spelled my last name wrong but we’ll take the mention!  Check out the article here.
