Materials:

Paper Towel or Toilet Paper Roll Insert

Aluminum Foil

Red, White, Blue Tinsel (Dollar/Discount Store)

How To:

Begin by cutting inserts into napkin ring sized pieces.  Cut rectangle pieces of aluminum foil longer and taller than the cut insert pieces.  Wrap the foil pieces around the insert pieces and tuck the ends into the inside of the inserts.  Cut a small piece of tinsel and glue it to outside of foil ring.  Happy Fourth of July!
